Mr. Nailed It connects homeowners with contractors. That matching, Marketplace activity, and some advertising technologies can be a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under CCPA/CPRA. You can opt out here.
Important: If you opt out of sale/sharing, we may not be able to connect you with service providers. Pros who already received your Lead may still have a copy; we will instruct them when we process your request, and you should also tell them to stop contacting you.
What this means
When you opt out of data sale or sharing:
- We will stop selling or sharing your personal information for contractor matching and cross-context advertising, except as allowed by law
- We may not be able to connect you with professionals for new service requests
- We may retain records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, and accounting
